Why we chose it
A different way to explore loose-leaf infusions without caffeine. Its lighter character offers an alternative to classic red rooibos and a simple addition to an unhurried evening.
The ritual
Start with one heaped teaspoon per cup and freshly boiled water. Steep for 4–5 minutes, then strain; adjust the infusion time to taste. This is a starting point within Tea-Direct's general rooibos guidance. Follow any different instructions on the pack.
