TERMS OF SERVICE

These Terms of Service apply when you use brewritual.shop or purchase products from BrewRitual.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any rights you have under applicable UK consumer law.

1. About BrewRitual

BrewRitual operates the online store at brewritual.shop.

2. Products

BrewRitual offers a curated selection that may include coffee, tea, matcha, functional-style blends, accessories, gifts and other lifestyle or ritual products.

We take reasonable care to ensure product descriptions, images, prices and other information are accurate.

Product packaging, colours and appearance may vary slightly from photographs because of packaging updates, photography or screen settings.

Third-party brands may update packaging without materially changing the product.

3. Supplier-fulfilled products

Some products are stocked and dispatched directly by BrewRitual.

Other products are dispatched directly by supplier partners.

If an order contains products from different fulfilment locations, it may arrive in separate parcels and at different times.

Separate delivery charges may also apply.

The applicable delivery charges will be shown at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Using a supplier or fulfilment partner does not remove any statutory rights you may have in relation to your purchase from BrewRitual.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are displayed in GBP (£) unless otherwise stated.

Applicable taxes are included or calculated as required.

The total amount payable, including applicable delivery charges, will be shown before you complete payment.

Available payment methods are displayed at checkout.

By submitting an order, you agree to pay the price and applicable charges shown at checkout.

5. Orders

After placing an order, you will normally receive an electronic confirmation.

We may be unable to accept or fulfil an order where, for example:

- a product is unavailable;

- there is an obvious pricing or product-information error;

- payment cannot be authorised;

- fraud or misuse is reasonably suspected;

- delivery cannot be made to the address supplied; or

- completing the transaction would be unlawful.

If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, the relevant amount will be refunded.

6. Product availability

All products are subject to availability.

Stock information may change, particularly for products fulfilled directly by supplier partners.

Adding a product to your basket does not reserve it.

7. UK delivery

BrewRitual currently delivers within the United Kingdom.

For products stocked and dispatched directly by BrewRitual:

- Standard UK delivery: £ 3.95

- Free standard UK delivery on qualifying BrewRitual-stocked orders of £40 or more

- Express UK delivery: £5.95 where available and shown at checkout

- Normal dispatch: 1–2 working days

Products fulfilled by supplier partners may have different delivery prices, free-delivery thresholds, dispatch times and estimated delivery times.

Mixed orders may arrive separately and additional delivery charges may apply.

8. Cancellations, returns and refunds

Your rights to cancel eligible online purchases and return products are explained in our Refund Policy.

Nothing in these Terms removes or reduces your statutory rights where goods are faulty, damaged, unsafe, not as described or otherwise fail to meet the requirements of UK consumer law.

Where applicable, goods must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described.

9. Food, drink and functional products

Please follow any preparation, storage, ingredient, allergen, safety and manufacturer instructions supplied with a product.

Descriptions relating to coffee, tea, matcha, mushrooms, botanicals or functional-style products are provided for general product information.

They are not intended as medical advice, diagnosis or treatment.

If you have an allergy or medical condition, take medication, are pregnant or breastfeeding, or have concerns about an ingredient, seek appropriate professional advice before using the product.

10. Promotions and discount codes

Promotional offers and discount codes may have separate conditions.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, offers may not be combined.

We may amend or withdraw promotions where legally permitted.

This will not affect an order already validly completed under an applicable promotion.

11. Website use

You may use brewritual.shop for lawful shopping and information purposes.

You must not:

- use the website for fraudulent or unlawful purposes;

- attempt unauthorised access to the website or related systems;

- introduce malicious software;

- interfere with the operation or security of the website; or

- misuse website content in violation of applicable law.

12. Intellectual property

Original BrewRitual website content, branding, graphics and text owned by BrewRitual are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

Third-party product names, logos, images and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.

Nothing on the website gives you ownership of third-party or BrewRitual intellectual property.

13. Third-party services

BrewRitual uses Shopify to operate its online store.

We may also use third-party payment providers, delivery companies, supplier partners, technology providers and other services necessary to operate the store and fulfil orders.

Use of personal information is addressed in our Privacy Policy.

14. Our responsibility

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so.

In particular, these Terms do not exclude or reduce your statutory rights concerning faulty or misdescribed goods or other rights that cannot legally be excluded.

We are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was formed, except where applicable law provides otherwise.

15. Events outside reasonable control

We are not responsible for delays caused by events genuinely outside our reasonable control.

If such an event significantly affects an order, we will take reasonable steps to minimise the impact and communicate with you where appropriate.

Your statutory rights remain unaffected.

16. Privacy

We process personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

17. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.

The Terms applying to a purchase will normally be those in force when the order is placed, unless the law requires otherwise.

Changes will not retrospectively remove rights that you already have under an existing purchase.

18. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

If you are a consumer living elsewhere in the United Kingdom, you retain any mandatory consumer protections and rights available to you under the law applicable where you live.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to prevent a consumer from exercising rights relating to the courts or dispute resolution that cannot legally be restricted.
