UK Delivery

We partner with trusted couriers, including Royal Mail and DPD, to ensure your items arrive safely and promptly.

Standard Tracked Shipping (2–3 business days): £3.95 (Dispatched via Royal Mail Tracked)

Express Tracked Shipping (1–2 business days): £5.95 (Dispatched via DPD or Royal Mail 24)

Complimentary Shipping: Enjoy free Standard Tracked Shipping on all UK orders over £50.

Orders placed before 1:00 PM (GMT) Monday to Friday are typically dispatched the same day. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the following business day.

Partner Deliveries & Split Shipments

To minimize our environmental footprint and ensure the highest quality, select curated accessories and hardware are dispatched directly from our partner studios.

If your order contains a mix of our daily provisions (like tea or coffee) and partner items, your order may arrive in separate parcels on different days. You will receive individual tracking information for each package. Items shipped directly from our partners typically arrive within 5–10 business days.

International Shipping

At this time, we are focusing on our community within the UK. We plan to expand our borders and offer international delivery in the near future. If you wish to place a special international order, please reach out to us at info@brewritual.shop.

Returns & Exchanges

We stand behind the uncompromising quality of our curation. However, if your order does not meet your expectations, we are here to help.

Accessories & Hardware: You have 14 days from receiving your order to request a return. Items must be returned in their original, unused condition, and in their original packaging.

Consumables (Tea, Coffee, Elixirs): For health and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on roasted coffee, loose-leaf teas, or botanical powders once the protective seal has been broken. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately, and we will arrange a replacement.

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please email us at info@brewritual.shop with your order number and a brief explanation of the issue. Because some items are shipped directly from our partner studios, return addresses may vary. We will provide you with the correct return address and authorization instructions.

Please note that the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked service for your peace of mind.
