BrewRitual currently delivers within the United Kingdom.
Items dispatched directly by BrewRitual are normally sent within 1–2 working days of placing your order. This is the dispatch time; delivery takes additional time after the parcel leaves us.
Some products are dispatched directly by the maker, the roaster or another carefully selected partner. The product page explains who sends each item. Dispatch and delivery times may vary by brand and product.
For items stocked and dispatched directly by BrewRitual, standard UK delivery costs £3.95. Standard delivery for the BrewRitual-stocked part of an order is free when total product spend in the cart reaches £40 after discounts. Express UK delivery remains £5.95 where shown at checkout.
Items sent by our selected partners have separate delivery rates. Standard delivery is currently £4.95 per separate partner shipment. For example, two different partner shipments can add £9.90 in delivery charges. These charges remain separate even when the BrewRitual-stocked part of your order qualifies for free standard delivery at £40.
At checkout, the applicable delivery rates are combined into one total. Items sent from the same dispatch location are normally grouped where possible; products sent by different partners may have separate charges.
If your order contains products dispatched from different locations, it may arrive in more than one parcel and on different days. Tracking information may also be provided separately for each shipment.
If you need to request a return, email info@brewritual.shop with your order number before sending anything back. Because parcels can be sent from different locations, return instructions and addresses may vary.
Unused non-consumable items should be kept in their original condition and packaging. For sealed food and drink products, return eligibility can depend on whether the protective seal has been opened and on the reason for the return.
Damaged, faulty or incorrect items should be reported as soon as possible. Please include photographs where helpful.
