To preserve the vibrant colour, flavour, and functional benefits of your matcha and mushroom elixirs, store them in a cool, dark place away from direct sunlight and moisture. Once opened, ensure the pouch or tin is tightly sealed after each use.

Does the Nordic Botanical Blend contain caffeine?

No. Our PLŪKT wild botanical blends are naturally caffeine-free. They are designed to calm the nervous system and are perfect for evening rituals and mindful unwinding.

How is your specialty coffee sourced?

Our coffee curation is roasted exclusively by Girls Who Grind Coffee, a female-led roastery in the UK. They source all their beans directly from independent female producers, ensuring absolute transparency, ethical pay, and exceptional, nuanced flavour profiles.

How many times can I steep the Aged Shu Pu-erh?

High-quality Pu-erh is designed for multiple infusions. After a quick 5-second rinse to awaken the leaves, you can re-steep your Mangfei Pu-erh up to 5–7 times. You will notice the rich, woody flavour profile evolve beautifully with each pour.

Why did my order arrive in two separate boxes?

We curate both daily consumables (like tea and coffee) and premium hardware. To reduce our carbon footprint, some of our curated accessories are shipped directly from our partner studios rather than our central London location. If your order contains a mix of both, they will arrive separately. You will receive tracking links for each parcel.

When will my order arrive?

Standard tracked UK deliveries arrive within 2–3 business days. If you selected Express shipping, expect your parcel within 1–2 business days. Items sent directly from our partner studios typically arrive within 5–10 business days.

Do you ship outside of the UK?

Currently, our primary focus is the UK. However, if you are an international customer looking to source our provisions, please email us at info@brewritual.shop, and we will do our best to accommodate a custom shipment.
