Pu Erh introduces another side of loose-leaf tea to BrewRitual. Its deeper profile offers a contrast to delicate white teas and fragrant floral blends, without the need for added flavourings in the supplied ingredient declaration.
The ritual
Start with 3–4g of loose leaves per 200ml of water at 95°C. Steep for 2–4 minutes, then strain. This starting guide follows Tea-Direct's general Pu Erh guidance; adjust to taste and follow any different instructions on the pack.
