  • Moment: An everyday morning cup, with breakfast or a quiet five minutes before the day begins.
  • Grind: Grind just before brewing, choosing the setting that suits your brewer. This is whole-bean coffee, so a grinder is needed.
  • Our filter starting point: Try 15g of coffee to 250ml of water, then adjust the grind and strength to taste.
  • Barista tip: Taste it black first, then add milk if that is how you enjoy your coffee.
