A full-bodied breakfast tea with proper malty depth, made from rolled whole leaves of Assam and Ceylon black tea. Just as good taken black as it is with a splash of milk.

The Assam brings strength; the Ceylon keeps it lively. Brew it deliberately and you get a breakfast tea that feels worth sitting down for.

The Ritual & Brew Guide

  • Moment: Slow Morning / First Cup
  • Measure: 5g loose leaf tea per 400ml water
  • Water: 100°C — freshly boiled
  • Steep: 3–4 minutes if drinking black; 4–5 minutes if adding milk
  • Barista Tip: For a stronger cup, add a little more leaf rather than leaving it steeping too long. A small splash of whole or oat milk is plenty.
