The ritual
Use one heaped teaspoon per cup with freshly boiled water at 100°C. Steep for 3–4 minutes, or towards 5 minutes for a stronger cup with milk. For drinking black, try 2½–3 minutes to preserve the smoother cocoa and fruit notes.
